A made-to-measure approach
Each piece by MONSIEUR STEPHANE LAURENT is made by hand, on your measurements, in our Paris atelier. Creation timelines and delivery arrangements are agreed individually with each client.
Creation timelines
Depending on the complexity of the piece, allow between six and twelve weeks from the validation of the final design. Several fittings mark the creation process. The House communicates the precise timeline at the start of each project.
Delivery
Handed in person
The House welcomes its clients in Paris for the final fitting and the handover of the piece. This moment is part of the experience.
Secure carrier
For clients who cannot travel, the House delivers worldwide via secure private carrier, fully insured. Delivery costs are agreed individually.
Returns and corrections
As MONSIEUR STEPHANE LAURENT pieces are entirely made to measure, they are not subject to standard right of withdrawal. In the event of non-conformity with agreed specifications, the House carries out the necessary corrections at no charge.
Each piece comes with after-sales care for life. The House remains available for adjustments, repairs and maintenance throughout the lifetime of the garment.
